Description
Reaching #15 UK and #51 U.S., Def Leppards 1980 debut heralded the arrival of a major new force in rock. Eschewing the dark themes of many of their New Wave of British Heavy Metal counterparts, Def Leppard first introduced the hook-heavy rock anthems here that would soon catapult them to the arenas. Here on CD or 180-gram vinyl are their UK hits “Wasted” and “Hello America” plus “Rock Brigade,” “Sorrow Is a Woman,” “Satellite,” “Rocks Off,” “It Could Be You” and more! Mercury.
