Since forming in 2012, Free Throw has built a career on forward momentum, and their sixth LP Moments Before The Wind captures the band at a reflective turning point. Recorded with longtime producer Brett Romnes, the album slows the pace to explore loss, renewal, and life-changing joy during a period of intense personal transition. Across 11 deeply honest tracks, the record blends Midwest emo, raw punk energy, and alternative rock with the vulnerable lyricism fans know and love. Its a powerful snapshot of a band still moving forward, now with a clearer awareness that growth doesnt always follow a straight line.
